Job Description: As a Bilingual Automotive Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers in their vehicle purchasing journey. You will leverage your sales skills and bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish. Your goal is to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right vehicle that fits their lifestyle and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand customer preferences and offer suitable vehicle options.
- Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features, benefits, and financing options in both English and Spanish.
