The Role: Where Insight Meets ImpactThis role is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference through high-quality, individualized care. As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each Client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment.

You’ll serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress.

Focus: Treatment planning, family training, ongoing supervision, and reassessmentsCaseload: As the company grows, so does your caseload. You will start out part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. Work Model: We prioritize in-person supervision because we believe the best support happens through real-time collaboration, hands-on mentorship, and meaningful connection.

This role is ideal for clinicians who value critical thinking, strong relationships, and building sustainable clinical outcomes.

Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationActive North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtainStrong clinical judgment and communication skills

* Must be located in North Carolina and willing to provide in-person supervision

*Bilingual Spanish needed

CompensationWe believe exceptional clinical work deserves strong and transparent compensation.

Hourly rate: $90-$100 per hour for part-time

Salary: $90,000
