Your Responsibilities Make a Difference:

As a Mental Health and Substance Use Treatment Services Provider, you'll play a crucial role in delivering compassionate care to our clients. Your responsibilities include:

๐Ÿ” Conducting initial assessments and treatment planning. ๐Ÿค Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and coordinating care. ๐Ÿ“ Maintaining accurate documentation and meeting productivity benchmarks. ๐Ÿ—ฃ Providing services in both English and Spanish to ensure accessibility for all.

Qualifications That Set You Up for Success:

๐ŸŽ“ Master's in Social Work or equivalent field with relevant licensure/certification. ๐Ÿ”ฌ Two years' experience in mental health, preferably in an urban setting. ๐Ÿง  Knowledge of psychiatric disorders, treatment modalities, and community resources. ๐Ÿ’ฌ Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, fostering a warm and inclusive therapeutic atmosphere.
