Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

Proactively identify sales opportunities during customer interactions and guide them towards suitable products or services.

Process orders, forms, and applications accurately and efficiently.

Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting all interactions.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met and to achieve team goals.

Provide product and service information to potential and existing customers.

Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.

Previous experience in customer service or sales roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

A positive and approachable demeanor.

Proficiency with standard office software and CRM systems.

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
