Responsibilities

What Youll Do:

  • Help customers protect what matters most by reviewing their auto, home, and life insurance needs
  • Assist clients with quotes, coverage reviews, and policy updates
  • Build strong relationships with customers and become their trusted insurance resource
  • Follow up with customers who request information about insurance options
  • Identify opportunities to help customers improve or bundle their coverage
  • Provide friendly bilingual customer support (Spanish/English)

Youll receive training, mentorship, and support to grow your skills and income.

Requirements

What Were Looking For:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred (retail, banking, hospitality, or call centers are great backgrounds)
  • Motivated, reliable, and comfortable helping customers make decisions
  • Ability to learn new systems and insurance products
  • Insurance license is a plus, but not required we will help the right candidate obtain it
