What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound customer calls and place outbound calls as needed
  • Listen actively, problem‑solve, and provide clear, helpful information
  • Accurately document call details using basic computer systems
  • Collaborate with a supportive, team‑oriented call center environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to work onsite in Chatsworth, CA
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Basic computer skills in a Windows environment
  • Typing speed of 30–40 WPM
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality
