•    Responsible for providing exceptional service to our English and Spanish-speaking customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

•    Process account adjustments

•    Manage balance transfers

•    Bilingual English/Spanish

•    Ability to communicate effectively.
