Salary Range: $3200.00 per month

Responsibilities
What you'll do:
- Greet and assist clients in person, by phone, and via email/CRM
- Resolve policy questions and service requests with care
- Process payments and assist with claims
- Prepare and send insurance quotes
- Support licensed agents with administrative tasks
- Help close sales as part of the agent team
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records
- Keep the office running smoothly day to day
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
- Fluent in English + Spanish or Portuguese
- Friendly, professional communication style
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced office
- Able to work on-site in Phoenixville, PA
Nice to have:
- Experience in customer service or insurance
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Sales experience or comfort with client conversations
