Bilingual Data Entry Administrator (Onsite) – Tulsa, OK (74135) Pay: $17.50/hr. Type: 6-month contract Schedule: Full-time Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) What you’ll do Enter and update information accurately in multiple systems (heavy data entry) Support application intake/interviews (script provided) Provide friendly, professional customer service by phone/in person Document notes and maintain organized records Handle sensitive personal/health/financial information with discretion What we’re looking for Strong communication+ ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Detail-oriented with solid typing/data entry skills Comfortable speaking with families in challenging situations Basic computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook/Office 365, Teams (plus internal tools) System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
