Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
Dragonfly Cares is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized in-home services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate about supporting diverse families and helping ensure accessible, high-quality care within the home and community. The hourly rate range for this role would be $70-80/hr based on experience in the field.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide services in both English and Spanish, ensuring effective communication with bilingual and Spanish-speaking families
- Conduct Assessments and develop Individualized ABA treatment Plans
- Conduct Parent Counseling and Training (PCT) sessions in English and/or Spanish to empower caregivers
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal results.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and clinical directors to ensure comprehensive support.
- Maintain detailed records, including progress reports and intervention outcomes.
- Stay informed on the ethical standard and latest advancements in ABA practices.

Requirements
- Master's Degree in ABA, or related field
- Certified Board Behavior Analyst
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish(REQUIRED)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in home-based settings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (BONUS POINTS)
- Experience delivering Parent Counseling and Training (PCT) sessions
- Experience implementing in-home Behavior Intervention Services (BIS)
- Familiarity with ABA-based therapy platforms and electronic data collection tools
