We’re searching for a talented and driven Bilingual Electrical Safety Trainer to join our team!
Your Day-to-Day:
- Deliver engaging electrical safety training sessions in English and Spanish for employees, contractors, and clients
- Conduct classroom instruction, on-site, and virtual training as needed
- Customize training materials for different learning styles and cultural contexts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC, and local safety codes
- Perform safety audits and site evaluations; recommend corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, certifications, and improvements
- Serve as a subject matter expert on electrical safety and communicate updates in regulations or company policies
- Collaborate with safety and operations teams to support a comprehensive safety program
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- 3+ years of experience in electrical work, safety training, or related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards, including NFPA 70E and OSHA regulations
- Experience delivering training in classroom, field, and/or virtual environments
- OSHA 500 required; NFPA 70E certification preferred
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to travel to various job sites and training locations as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or a related degree preferred
