Job Description
Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Bilingual HR Assistant to support the Human Resources team for our client in Greensboro. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations, providing administrative support, and serving as a communication bridge for our diverse workforce. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and fluent in both English and Spanish.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries in both English and SpanishSupport recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR systems
Help coordinate training sessions, orientations, and company events
Assist with benefits administration and employee communications
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Translate HR documents and communications as needed
QualificationsFluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred SkillsExperience with HRIS platforms
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
