Bilingual HR Business Partner - $80K-$90K + Bonus

The HR Business Partner is an exciting opportunity to partner closely with commercial leaders to align people strategy with business priorities, driving talent, performance, and organizational effectiveness across key functions. It also owns the full employee lifecycle - spanning recruiting, development, and employee relations - while ensuring compliance and supporting ongoing transformation and growth.This role is five days a week on-site in Northwest San Antonio, TX. The HR Business Partner is a key part of the business and will support essential HR processes, like performance management, compensation planning, succession planning, and employee engagement.
