Job Description
Our client is looking for an HR Generalist to join their growing team in Morrisville, NC. This is a great opportunity for a bilingual HR professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, supporting employees day-to-day, and helping build stronger HR processes. The ideal candidate brings a background in construction or a related industry and is comfortable working on-site with a close-knit team.
HR Generalist Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers
Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
Coordinate recruiting, candidate communication, and hiring activities
Administer employee benefits and support open enrollment
Support payroll and timekeeping processes
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience
HR Generalist Requirements:
2+ years of Human Resources experience
Fluent in both English and Spanish, required
Experience with HRIS platforms such as Paycom or similar systems
Experience with onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll support
Perfered
Experience in construction, land development, or a related industry is a plus
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or other HR certification is a plus
