Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Bilingual (English and Spanish) Receptionist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, providing support and maintaining the administrative functions within the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Handle general inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for HR staff.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Assist with on boarding processes, including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientations.
- Support HR staff with various projects and tasks as needed.
