Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims processing in a clear and supportive manner.

Provide information about insurance products and services to prospective and current clients.

Translate and communicate insurance terms and policy details accurately for Spanish-speaking clients.

Maintain detailed and organized client records within our CRM system.

Collaborate with agents to ensure seamless client support and policy management.

Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.

Previous customer service experience, preferably within the insurance industry.

Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Proficiency with standard office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Ability to remain calm and professional in potentially stressful situations.

A genuine desire to help others and solve problems effectively.
