Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Insurance Agent to join our vibrant team! Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective and current clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to promote insurance products.

Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance policies that meet individual client requirements.

Negotiate policy terms and premiums effectively to close sales and maximize customer satisfaction.

Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly in both languages to ensure clients fully understand their coverage options.

Assist clients with benefits administration, policy renewals, and claims support to foster ongoing relationships.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching diverse communities and expanding market reach.
