Were hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative to be the face and heartbeat of our agency. In this critical role, youll be the first point of contact for clients, underwriters, and partnershelping them with everything from policy questions to claims processing. Youll work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment where your attention to detail, organizational skills, and friendly demeanor will shine. - Base Pay: $42,000$45,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities- Be the welcoming point of contact for in-office clients and phone inquiries
- Retain existing clients through attentive follow-up and excellent service
- Manage policy renewals and maintain client records accurately
- Assist with claim reporting and policy documentation
- Solve problems efficiently and escalate issues when needed
- Keep office communication lines clear, timely, and professional
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Excellent Client Service: Friendly, professional communication with clients and carriers
- Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and systems
- Tech Proficiency: Confident in Microsoft Office; quick to learn industry-specific tools
- Detail-Oriented: Accurate with records, emails, and client information
- Team Player: Reliable, punctual, and committed to shared goals
- Adaptable & Proactive: Stays calm under pressure and takes initiative without handholding
