Experienced candidates start at a $42,000.00 base salary and make up to $48,000.00 in commission on average, bringing total compensation to $90,000.00
Salary Range: $42000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, understanding their insurance needs.
- Effectively communicate insurance product benefits and coverage options in both Spanish and English.
- Develop and present personalized insurance proposals to meet client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse customer base.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive outreach and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strong desire to help others and build lasting relationships.
- Comfort and proficiency using modern sales and communication technologies.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
