Samantha Johnson Farmers Insurance Agency in Las Vegas is hiring a Sales Producer to join our growing team!
Our agency has been proudly serving the Las Vegas community for over 20 years, providing Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance. We are looking for someone who is driven, outgoing, and motivated to win someone who enjoys talking to people and turning conversations into business.

Compensation:
This is a salary position plus unlimited bonus opportunities.
If you are motivated by results and income growth, this role gives you the ability to earn beyond your base salary with no cap. Your effort directly impacts your earnings.

Responsibilities
Generate quotes and close new business (Auto, Home, Business, Life)
Follow up consistently with leads this is where sales are made
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify cross-sell opportunities on every interaction
Stay organized and manage a pipeline of prospects
Work closely with the team to hit agency goals
RequirementsBilingual (Spanish/English) is required
Sales experience preferred (insurance is a plus, not required)
Outgoing personality and confident speaking with clients
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and money-driven
