We want YOU! We want highly motivated and convincing Bilingual Insurance Sales Representatives. No matter your insurance sales experience, we'll invest in your success. We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born full time Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative with a desire to make a difference in people lives.

Our TOP PERFORMERS makes over $80,000+the FIRST YEAR! Qualifying individual with P & C licensed Base Salary starts at $3000.00 to $3500.00/month Plus up to 12% commission plus weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly bonus with potential to making up to $80k in the first year.

We offer $1000.00 SIGN ON BONUS. Payable after 90 days Probation.

Responsibilities

Generate sales from the different sources of leads available
Build relationship with realtors, car dealerships etc
Build customers relationship
Cross sales and up sales

Requirements

Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required
NON LICENSED Must be willing to obtainProperty and Casualty License
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
Successful sales background
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
