Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Drive leasing activity through effective sales techniques, prospect follow-up, and relationship building.
Maintain accurate prospect records, guest cards, and follow-up activities using Yardi and CRM.
Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to increase traffic and generate qualified leads.
Create engaging social media content, including property tours, reels, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain a strong online presence and help manage the property's digital reputation.
Conduct professional, engaging property tours and confidently close leases.
Assist with resident retention, lease renewals, and resident events.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and leasing specials.
Ensure the leasing office, model apartments, and tour paths are consistently presented to a high standard.
Deliver exceptional customer service to both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects.
Required Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
Minimum 3 years of multifamily leasing experience, with a strong record of leasing performance.
Hands-on experience with Yardi and CRM systems (required).
Strong social media and digital marketing skills, including experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
Excellent sales, communication, and closing skills.
Professional, polished presentation with strong attention to detail.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with luxury or Class A multifamily communities preferred.
