Bilingual Licensed Insurance Sales Representative (Spanish/English) Base + Bonus

Peter Padilla State Farm Agency in Merced, CA is hiring a Bilingual Licensed Insurance Sales Representative (Spanish/English) to join our growing team.

If you are a licensed P&C agent who enjoys sales, helping customers, and earning based on performance, this is a strong opportunity with a stable base and uncapped bonus potential.

Compensation:

Base Pay (based on experience)
Bonus/Commission: Uncapped
Total Earnings Potential: $50,000 $65,000+

What Youll Do:

Generate leads and close new business
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up on quotes and cross-sell additional lines
Provide excellent customer service and policy support

Requirements:

Bilingual Spanish/English
Active Property & Casualty license
Life & Health license (must have or be willing to obtain)
1+ year of insurance or sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and closing skills
Ability to work in-office Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
