Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Full-Time Wellington Hawkins- State Farm Agency | Jacksonville, FL

What You'll Do:

Engage new and existing customers with professionalism and care.
Communicate fluently in both Spanish and English to assist our diverse customer base.
Educate customers on insurance options using a needs-based approach.
Generate leads, schedule appointments, and market products and services.
Support clients with policy changes, billing, claims, and more.

What Youll Get:

$18-$25/hour depending on experience plus commissions
Commission and bonus incentives

What You Bring:

Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
Active drivers license
4-40 Customer Service License or 2-20 General License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Comfortable with sales and customer service roles
Ability to identify customer needs and present relevant solutions
