Are you an ambitious and dynamic individual with a passion for sales and a track record of success? We're seeking a motivated bilingual Licensed Inside Sales Representative to join our thriving team! I have more Spanish leads than I can handle at the moment and I need another agent to help us grow.
The SW Portland location of The John Wanderscheid Agency is seeking a Sakes Professional to join one of the top-performing teams in the Northwest! You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance to meet agency goals.
We are looking for self-driven individuals who are ''A'' players and want to make a great living! Our work environment is fast-paced, upbeat, and results-driven. You must have an active P&C or personal lines license for this position. Our training and resources are top-notch and if you have what it takes, we will take care of getting you up to speed. Your main goal will always be to put the prospect's best interest first in order to properly protect them. We offer a base salary + commission+ team bonus. We also offer paid holidays, generous PTO,, 401K and 8-5 hours Monday through Friday. Salary Range: $75000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Cold call Internet Leads and work lead lists
- Cross sell insurance products to existing customers
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain client relationships through exceptional service
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and offer tailored insurance solutions
- Provide accurate and timely quotes
- Meet and exceed sales goals and expectations
- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge
- Active P&C or Personal Lines Insurance License for Oregon or Washington
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Proven track record of success in insurance sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
