Job Description
- Provides moderate to complex service to internal and external customers, which may include Medical Providers, Agents, accounting employees, utilizing superb verbal and written communication skills, resolves moderate to complex inquiries and completes them with specific attention to detail, accuracy, and timely handling in accordance with business units operating practices, administrative procedures, and applicable regulatory rules. *Works independently with minimal guidance, ensures customer data is managed securely while meeting or exceeding customer needs. This position may require the effective us of bilingual skills (verbal and/or written) at least 50 percent of the time.
- Supports New Business goals and priorities by processing Medical Reimbursements gathering and/or audits data to ensure all requirements are meet. Research and resolves discrepancies on all incoming new business documents. Ensures requirements received adhere to AML/ATF Bermuda regulations as defined in procedures.

Education & Certifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 3 years up to 5 years
