Job Description

Take the next step in your manufacturing career. We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Line Lead to support daily production operations, lead team members, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you will play a key part in driving production success.

Pay & Shifts

1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $20/hr Weekend Shift: Saturday–Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | $20/hr

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate production line employees to ensure safe and efficient operations
Monitor production performance, output, scrap, and downtime; escalate issues as needed
Assist with line setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting equipment or process issues
Train and mentor employees on procedures, safety practices, and quality standards
Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and food safety requirements
Communicate daily production goals and expectations to the team
Coordinate staffing and workflow to meet production schedules
Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve production issues
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Promote teamwork and a positive, respectful work environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong understanding of production workflows and manufacturing processes
Bilingual in Spanish and English required

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
