Salary Range: $16 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email, using both English and Spanish.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the office.
Maintain organized client files and records.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Answer inquiries and provide information to clients in a clear and helpful manner.
Assist with basic data entry and processing.
RequirementsFluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus.
A friendly and approachable demeanor.
