Office Sales Representative for Healthcare Clinic

As an Office Sales Representative for our clinic, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for building relationships with prospective patients and guiding them through their journey to improve health. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives by connecting them with the care they need and promoting the benefits of our many services.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective patients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Educate individuals about the benefits of health, wellness, weight loss and all clinic services.
- Schedule appointments for consultations and treatment sessions.
- Conduct follow-up communications to nurture leads and encourage attendance at appointments.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and sales activities in the clinic's database.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach events to promote the clinic and attract new patients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments.
Requirements:
- Previous experiences in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Must be fluent in Spanish. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Genuine passion for health and wellness.
- Empathetic and compassionate demeanor, with a desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
