Lead Painter, you will start your day by overseeing your team and assigning tasks. In this leadership position, you'll ensure that each project is completed on schedule and meets our high-quality standards. Your responsibilities include managing the crew, maintaining communication with the team, and ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish. At the end of each day, you will leave with a great sense of satisfaction knowing your skills directly contribute to the continued success of our company.The minimum requirements to be considered:1+ years of professional painting experience

Valid driver's license

Ability to perform and supervise all painting functions according to company standards

Ability to use sprayers and power washers
