Bilingual Patient Account Specialist

• Determine eligibility of Medicaid & other insurance.*
• Data Entry of billable services, client payments, Medicaid/Insurance status, and prior authorizations*
• Submit claims*
• Process EOB’s remittance, rectify discrepancies*
• Meet with clients concerning payment agreements and billing issues.

• Bilingual Spanish with experience in medical billing *
• Skilled patient communication skills with ability to establish patient relationships*
• EMR experience needed
