Job Profile:

  • Are you a caring listener to take action steps to solve patient's issues?

  • Do you have experience managing multiple systems and resources simultaneously with a patient on the line?
  • Do you have experience where you respond effectively and calmly in emergencies?
  • Are you bilingual in English and Spanish?

What You Get to Do:

  • You are the first point of contact for our patients, providing friendly and efficient support.
  • You're an expert in our services and help patients with a wide range of questions, such as scheduling and rescheduling appointments, provider information, locations and program information.
  • You will help answer billing questions and act as a personal guide to navigate our programs.
  • You will collaborate with your team and other departments to find the best solutions for our patients.
  • You will turn a patients' frustration into a moment of ease.

Compensation: Approximately $21.00 - $26.60 per hour. All individual pay rates are calculated based on the candidate's experience and internal equity.

What We Need for this Job:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • You will need to attend a three-to-four-week training that is 40 hours a week.
