A prestigious two-attorney Personal Injury LawFirm in the Montrose area is seeking an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team. - 3 to 7 years of Personal Injury paralegal experience
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong experience with:
- State court procedures
- Drafting and responding to discovery
- Deposition preparation
- E-filing in Texas courts
- Scheduling depositions and mediations
- Mass tort-only experience will not be considered
- Highly organized with excellent work ethic
- Able to work independently and take initiative
