Seeking a Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Personal Injury Paralegal to join a busy and growing law firm. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients through every step of their case.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury cases from intake to settlement or trial

• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and settlement demands

• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers

• Maintain case files and manage deadlines

• Translate and interpret for Spanish-speaking clients when needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal preferred

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office
