Bilingual Recruiter

Baltimore, MD | All Roads Company

Are you bilingual (Spanish) and searching for a position where you can make an immediate impact? All Roads, with over 40 locations in 12 states is searching for a Bilingual Recruiter to join us onsite in Dundalk, MD. We provide a fast-paced, high volume environment where you will assist candidates and provide an exceptional employment experience.

Salary & Compensation

Salary range $60,000 - 75,000 based on experience
Full time hours, Monday- Friday with flexibility to interview as needed

Responsibilities

Create effective sourcing pipelines for current and future openings. Prior experience with Jobvite helpful.
Execute recruiting strategies for open positions utilizing best practices.
Assist as needed with the pre-employment candidate screenings (background, drug testing, driving records...)
Perform positive and timely customer service functions by answering manager and candidate requests, questions and proactively finding solutions.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
Other duties as needed.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Full time hours Monday- Friday with a flexible but consistent start time and availability to interview as needed after hours.

Travel

To company locations periodically to assist with building relationships, approximately 25%
