- The Bilingual Recruiter plays a key role in supporting branch operations through recruiting, onboarding, and administrative functions.
- This position serves as the first point of contact for candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily interaction between field employees, clients, and internal teams.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate employee and client records in the system
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings
- Assist with new hire paperwork, orientation, and I-9 verification.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding candidate updates, onboarding progress, and order details.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5pm
- OT possible
- On call rotation
