Rodney Baca's Farmers Insurance Agency in Los Lunas, NM is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team!

Our Insurance Agency is located in Los Luncas, New Mexico, and we're up to big things! We provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life Insurance to help protect our clients, and their assets. If you want to be a part of a winning and competitive culture, then this may be the career for you!

Salary Range: $48000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
  • Establish client realtionships and follow up with cliens, as needed
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
  • Develope new financial sevice opportunitites with both existing and new clients
Requirements
  • Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
  • Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
  • Proven track recod of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
  • Must be coachable
  • Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, and listening
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be motivated and determined
