Bilingual Sales Representative Job Responsibilities
Customer Connection: Greet customers and translate complex automotive features and financing terms clearly in both languages
Consultative Selling: Diagnose customer needs and explain how our CDJR/Fiat lineup fits their lifestyle
Product Expertise: Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and demonstrations to show exactly how their new car operates
Lead Management: Proactively follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
Closing: Negotiate sales transactions and accurately complete all sales paperwork
Outreach: Help the dealership grow its presence within the local bilingual community
Schedule: Two consecutive days off, weekends mandatory
