We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Social Media Manager to join our client's team in Lauderhill, FL. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating content strategies, optimizing social media presence, and writing engaging content. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for achieving financial freedom.
Requirements:
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Reliable car and ability to commute to West Fort Lauderdale, FL within 30 minutes
- Familiarity with commercial real estate (a plus, but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Responsibilities:
- Manage all social media platforms and marketing campaigns
- Develop content strategies and create engaging content
- Optimize social media presence and analyze data for optimization
- Support podcast and video productions
- Work closely with Principal Broker to achieve company sales goals
- Assist in organizing and implementing office operations and sales goals
