Bilinugal Sr. Personal Injury ParalegalPlaintiff Law Firm | Houston Galleria Area | Full-TimeA well-regarded plaintiff personal injury law firm in Houston's Galleria area is seeking an experienced Bilinugal Sr. Personal Injury Paralegal to join its dynamic legal team. This position offers a collaborative, team-oriented culture along with competitive benefits. This position also offers a sign-on bonus as well. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and respond to discovery requests
- Order, review, and organize medical and billing records
- Assist attorneys with case management from intake through trial preparation
- Support trial preparation, including exhibit organization, witness coordination, and file maintenance
- Maintain effective communication with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in plaintiff personal injury law
- Strong knowledge of Texas court procedures and personal injury litigation processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in legal software and case management systems
