Bilingual Staffing Recruiter
Location: East Houston, TXPay: Competitive paySchedule: Full-Time | In-Office
LINK Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter for our East Houston office. This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who can recruit, screen, and place candidates while helping support client accounts and field employees. If you are fluent in Spanish and English and can move quickly in a busy staffing environment, this could be a strong fit.

What Youll Do
- Recruit and source candidates for open job orders
- Screen applicants and conduct interviews
- Match candidates to jobs based on skills, availability, and job fit
- Help prepare candidates for onboarding and assignment start
- Follow up with clients and field employees to support successful placements
- Maintain accurate records in ATS, CRM, and internal systems
- Help respond to urgent staffing needs and fill orders quickly
What Were Looking For
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, account support, customer service, or branch operations preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-moving office
- Organized, dependable, and strong with follow-through
- Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and active insurance required for local client visits
