Learn how you can start or jumpstart your career with us. We are seeking a driven and resourceful Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Senior Recruiter) to join our team. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting activities for a diverse portfolio of positions, including full-time participants in our University Rotational Program and non-exempt manufacturing and operator roles. Requirements: Bachelor's degree Bilingual in English and Spanish required, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages. 5+ years of experience recruiting exempt professionals Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems Consulting skills with a focus on questioning assumptions, challenging thoughts, and providing alternative perspectives Proven experience in social sourcing, use of AI in recruitment and projecting the organizational talent brand hybrid schedule (1-2 days per week in the Wilmington, DE office, but flexible) Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree in HR or related field preferred Experience with Workday Recruit - ATS and Phenom CRM Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Potential conversion to full-time depending on business needs and individual performance Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
