Bilingual Videographer and Graphic Designer Internship (Mandarin)

Prospect Equities^® is seeking a creative and motivated BilingualVideographer & Graphic Designer Intern to support our marketing and branding efforts. This role combines video production, graphic design, and bilingual social media management, creating engaging content for both English and Chinese audiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, visual branding, and digital media, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in real estate marketing and content creation.

You will work collaboratively across teams to support brand development, communications strategies, and marketing initiatives. You will be an integral part of the Marketing Department, working closely with team members to enhance our digital presence and strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Professional Videography & Video Production

• Professionally operate video cameras for on-location shoots, including company branding content, interviews, promotional videos, and property tours.
• Plan, set up, and manage production equipment, including cameras, lighting, microphones, stabilizers, and related gear.
• Execute proper shot composition, framing, lighting, and audio capture to ensure high production quality.
• Independently manage video shoots from preparation through completion.

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Professionally edit video content using industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Perform post-production tasks including color correction, sound editing, motion graphics integration, and formatting for multiple platforms.
• Produce short-form and long-form video content optimized for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Deliver polished, branded video content aligned with company standards.

Graphic Design & Visual Content

• Design marketing graphics, thumbnails, and promotional visuals for video and social media.
• Support branding initiatives through visual content creation.
• Ensure visual consistency across all digital and marketing materials.

Bilingual Social Media Content Creation

• Develop and publish video and graphic content across English and Chinese social media platforms, including:
  • Facebook & Instagram
  • LinkedIn
  • WeChat
  • Xiaohongshu
• Adapt video content for platform-specific formats and audiences.

Marketing & Team Support

• Provide video and creative support to marketing and sales teams.
• Assist in developing video-driven marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Contribute to the company’s overall marketing strategy through creative media production.
• Perform additional media and marketing-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications (Videography-Focused)

• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Current college student or recent graduate in Film, Media Production, Videography, or related field.
• Professional-level videography experience, including camera operation, lighting setup, and audio capture.
• Professional-level video editing and motion graphics skills using software such as After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to independently plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality video content.
• Strong attention to detail and creative execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating video content for social media platforms.
• Graphic design experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Experience managing or posting on both U.S. and Chinese social media platforms.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $18.00 hourly
