Join a national supply chain leader with multiple locations in the Louisville region! We are seeking experienced Bilingual Distribution Supervisors to oversee warehouse operations and drive team success.
Shifts & Pay:
- Various shifts available
- Pay: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour
Position Summary:
The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring performance goals are achieved, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting a productive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support daily warehouse activities
- Monitor and enforce attendance and compliance standards
- Ensure inventory accuracy, including destruction orders
- Maintain high-quality standards and operational efficiency
- Lead and support warehouse staff to meet productivity goals
- Oversee housekeeping and organization of assigned area
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements
