Billing Administrative Assistant

Terry's Heating and Air Conditioning has been serving the Magic Valley since 1977 and remains committed to excellence in every aspect of the heating and air conditioning industry. Our team is the heart of our success, and we're looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Billing Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations and billing processes.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Status: Full-Time

Location: Twin Falls, ID

Position Summary:

The Billing Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the billing and administrative functions of the company. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will help ensure accurate billing, maintain customer records, and assist office staff with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and review invoices for accuracy
  • Assist with customer billing inquiries and payment processing
  • Support accounts receivable and payables
  • Enter and update data within company software systems
  • Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
  • Work closely with management and accounting staff to support daily operations
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative, billing, or office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Experience in HVAC, construction, or the service industry is a plus

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
