Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary water billing source of information for internal and external clients. Perform activities related to account discrepancy resolution, billing adjustments, field dispatch, answer citizen's questions, monthly utility billing, and all other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or GED; some college coursework in accounting, finance or related field is preferred; five (5) years of experience in customer service, utility billing, Incode, AMI; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and some experience in research and analysis which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
