We are a collaborative, mission-driven organization committed to operational excellence and strong support for both our providers and school partners.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Billing & Operations Specialist to join our Home Office team in Laconia, NH.

Position Overview

The Billing & Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting company billing operations, provider support, office administration, and internal systems management. This position works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure billing processes, provider support tasks, and office operations are completed accurately and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping systems and operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Experience with billing, invoicing, administrative operations, or office coordination preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database/software systems
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
