Position Details: Pay: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PMKey Responsibilities:Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

Assist with payroll processing

Prepare journal entries

Support collection efforts

Complete filing, recordkeeping, and general administrative duties

Provide assistance with other accounting functions as assigned

Qualifications: At least 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping/data entry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableStrong customer service skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word10-key data entry experience is a plus

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
