Job Description

Location: Newark, DE (In-Office)Schedule: Mon–Fri | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMPay: $20.00 – $24.50/hr 

We’re hiring two experienced Billing & Collections Specialists to join the billing team at a busy Ambulatory Surgery Center corporate office in Newark, DE.

Requirements

  • 3+ years medical billing & collections experience

  • NexGen software experience required

  • Strong ICD-10 knowledge

  • Surgery center or procedural billing experience preferred

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, team-focused

Responsibilities

  • Submit and follow up on insurance claims

  • Resolve denials and payment issues

  • Post payments and maintain accurate accounts

  • Work closely with internal billing team
