Job Title: Billing & SAP Operations Specialist (High-Volume Processing)Location: Arvada, COContract Duration: 12-Month ContractCompensation: $42.00Contractor Work Model: Hybrid Schedule Billing & SAP Operations Specialist (High-Volume Processing)We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing & SAP Operations Specialist to support a high-volume, fast-paced billing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, organization, and consistent workflow, while also collaborating across multiple teams to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly.Key Responsibilities
- Process high-volume billing transactions (up to 100 entries per day)
- Perform repetitive billing tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Research and resolve work order and purchase order (PO) discrepancies
- Manage and process work orders and POs within SAP
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with Project Managers (PMs) and internal stakeholders
- Participate in weekly vendor meetings
- Collaborate with job runners, coordinators, and operations teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Reviewing and processing billing entries
- Investigating and correcting PO/work order errors
- Communicating with PMs, coordinators, and internal teams
- Attending vendor meetings and tracking action items
- Ensuring timely resolution of billing and operational issues
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAP, specifically work orders and purchase orders
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Experience working with SAP work order creation and billing processes
- Background in customer service or coordination roles is highly valued
- Familiarity with Power BI
- Customer service or stakeholder-facing experience
- Ability to influence and collaborate without direct authority
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Hybrid schedule:
- Onsite: Tuesday–Thursday
- Remote: Monday & Friday
- Overtime may be required depending on workload
